Advocates and grantees committed to winning the fight for quality affordable health care for everyone in Connecticut have a ready ally in the Foundation. It offers support to help advocates affect policy change. 

The Foundation provides people with the tools to understand policy issues and to create true reform in Connecticut’s health care system. Advocates play a vital role, educating, informing and mobilizing residents across the state.
